Automation Agency is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help build next\-generation AI\-powered business systems for clients across the United States.
This isn’t a traditional web development position.
You’ll help design and build AI receptionists, AI sales representatives, Voice AI agents, CRM solutions, custom SaaS applications, API integrations, and advanced automation systems that help businesses become more efficient and profitable.
This position begins as a part\-time 1099 contract position (25–35 hours per week) with the opportunity for high\-performing contractors to transition into a full\-time W\-2 position as our company continues to grow.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
· Minimum three (3\) years of recent hands\-on GoHighLevel experience
· Minimum three (3\) years of professional Full Stack software development experience
· Strong JavaScript and Node.js development experience
· Experience with React or Next.js
· Experience building REST APIs
· Experience integrating third\-party APIs
· Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL
· Experience building automation workflows using webhooks

Work Schedule
This is a part\-time position averaging 25–35 hours per week.
Your work schedule will be established at the time of hire based on project needs and mutual agreement.
All scheduled hours will be worked between:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Phoenix, Arizona Time)

Contractor Expectations
